McDonald's in Alzenau

Well, McDonald’s was better too. Also, what annoys me, every time my Chicken McNuggets were forgotten, but the sauce that went with it was packed. They were on the bill, so they were paid. I won't eat there for the time being.

If at least someone here would wear his mask properly ... that would be nice. And the guy who hands out the food doesn't even bother to carry the thing over his mouth.

I've only heard positive things about the Bigrösti on the Internet and then wanted to test it myself. However, my first experience was rather bad because the burger was served very unsavory. Would like to give 0 stars Employees don't understand anything and don't listen, I wanted to explain to an employee that it is my order, she goes and doesn't listen and runs around the whole McDonalds outside, instead of listening to me or in the Mcdrive I ask something, the employee says something does not match my question! Or an employee forgets my order, really bad management and employees

It fulfills everything you would expect from a McDonald's, but you should do a little more cleaning, especially the toilets.

Employees try to be friendly, unfortunately something is very often forgotten when ordering and then you have to talk around, as the employees claim that it was definitely on the tray

Very good food, even if it is of course fast food. Unfortunately, because of Corona, only the drive-in is currently open, but hopefully that will end soon. Unfortunately, I cannot give 5 stars because part of the condition is not very polite [ of course this does not apply to everyone:)] ...
